Subject to stock availability, we aim to prepare your goods for dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We ship all mail from the UK via Royal Mail and DHL. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Although we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, knitcraft.co.uk is not liable for delays beyond our control.

UK DOMESTIC DELIVERY

We offer free delivery for orders greater than £35.

*Shipped via Royal Mail 2st class and will arrive within 3-5 working day. Not guaranteed.

Order must be submitted before 12:00 Noon Monday-Thursday otherwise the order will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

Please note these times are recommended byRoyal Mail but sometimes delivery can take a little longer than usual, especially over Christmas and busy periods!
